The workout is never boring, each day the routine is different. The staff is very supportive and if for some reason you can’t perform a particular exercise they will give you alternative exercises to perform. The administrative staff and coaches are awesome.
OTF is one the most amazing and FUN workout i have ever done
The sessions are scheduled and well organized. The equipment is assigned throughout the course of the session. The class is intense and works out the whole body.

Intense, great music and most importantly the distance between people make me feel ok to work out during pandemic.
Pushes you hard, no room to let up. As I climb the steep hill into getting back into shape, this workout is helping a lot!

Class is paced well with a variety of exercises. Every day is different which allows for a total body workout with as little as 2-3 sessions per week.
