The OTF workouts are full body, high energy workouts. The coaches challenge you to work hard in order to see and feel the results.

The entire crew provides fantastic direction during everyone workout, and are very approachable with any questions. Im always left with the feeling that they care about everyone getting the most out of the workouts. I’ve been to a couple of other studios and don’t feel the same rapport.
The best 60 minute HIIT workout. I've been doing OTF since 2018 and have not only lost weight, but have been able to keep it down. I feel more energized and it has helped me have better life changing healthy habits but also, it's a great community. I've met some of the greatest people and am proud to call them friends. I highly recommend it to anyone that will listen!
The coaches are amazing, attentive and care about the members. The workouts are challenging but doable. And the gym is clean!
