I like that it is full body, intensive workout in 60 minutes. I also enjoy the music and the instructors, it goes by very fast.
Love the workout because each template is carefully constructed to achieve a specific result. Nothing is random or left to chance! Coaches cannot indulge their personal fitness whims or ideas as they go through the class.

It keeps me coming back, motivation, and i don't have to think about which muscle group i need to work on like i did at the gym. I also hate the treadmill and it forces me to stay with it, now i can actually run a mile, which i could never do.

I liked being helped if I’m doing a wrong move and I love also being pushed to go a little further than if I were by myself.
I like the high I feel after the workout. It is a huge sense of accomplishment. I also love that we get a variety of things to do rather than the same thing over and over.
