Nothing before I get there, but everything after I have accomplished it.
Everything!!! I have tried working out and my longest time was 1 month while doing CrossFit. I have over 200 classes at OTF and my husband believes is a cult lol... i dont mind waking up at 4am or 5am to workout. I enjoy all bechmarks bc it can track your progress!!! I love everything even the $12 late fee bc it makes me accountable of my decisions when booking a class!!!

Its varied, motivating, the music is good. I really like the different stations and the exercises are put together by a qualified exercise physiologist
Its intense and its long! I think it is very hard to do this type of workout on my own and also for total of 60 minutes! When I am working out at home by myself or out running, I am done in 30-40 minutes and it's not the same.
Group environment along with coach guidance - it really helps! And I feel great afterwards:)
