Everything! It's always challenging, the coaches are the perfect complement of supportive but push you to do better. The people are great, it's something I never thought I would love as much as I do. I have so much more confidence, I feel stronger than I've ever felt even after 2 kids.

What do you like about our workout?

All of the coaches are ready to deliver an awesome workout. They are motivating and have awesome music to get through the workout of the day. My mood quickly changes and my day is awesome because my energy level is high and I leave the studio with a good attitude. Nanuet keep up the great work and there is no other place that I would rather workout in.

The coaches… they choose the music, they control energy and environment of the room with their energy and vibe….

The coaches at Orangetheory New City are mindful of who is in their classes, they take the time to check in with members and get to know their abilities as well as modifications. They know when to push and they do so through motivation and encouragement. This is in addition to the different amazing workouts offered each day. The coaches elevate the workout to another level.

We are a lucky studio as we have a team of amazing coaches and SAs!

What do you like about our workout?

It encompasses all different types of exercise - strength, endurance, walking / jogging, weights. Most importantly, you don't have to think about "what should I do today?" The coaches also provide all the motivation.

Organized. Energetic. I appreciate the personal attention.
We need more 5am classes - or if not possible- start at 6am rather than 6:15.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout is a great mix of cardio and strength work. The coaches are supportive and encouraging and the other staff members are friendly and kind. It is easy to see objective improvements with the benchmark workouts and to see gains on a daily basis with increases with speed on the treadmill or weight choice on the floor. It is a great community of people of all ages from all walks of life coming together for self improvement with different self goals, but supporting each other.

OTF is phenomenal. The sense of community, the outstanding and personable coaching and counter staff, and the challenging, focused workouts all come together to provide a safe and reliable home in which to set and exceed fitness goals. The studio provides a consistent yet never predictable workout that is as fun as it is formidable.

What do you like about our workout?

I love Orange Theory and SPECIFICALLY OTF Mamaroneck! The Coaches are all so knowledgeable and all who work there are like family! The workouts keep me motivated and push me to greater heights. I really like the format of the classes -- combining aerobic and weight stations so you are never bored in class and you're never bored from day to day because the classes are always different! The science works and I see major differences personally, physically, emotionally, spiritually -- it's ALL THAT!
