Everything ! The workout is led by knowledgeable coaches who are dynamic and motivating. The workout templates are designed for little to no downtime so the hour in studio is an hour of work. The workouts are designed to accommodate every fitness level as well as every individual's personal physicality. At my present age of 76, I can see myself continuing at OTF for many more years!¡!!

It’s always changing and never boring. The best part of OTF is also the family and accountability from fellow people working out and the staff. The staff at OTF Mamaroneck are in particular really good at connecting with the people working out. They are friendly, welcoming and supportive. April has built a great team of coaches and the reception staff are wonderful. I’ve been to other clubs and the staff ignore people working out but at OTF Mamaroneck, they are chatty, engaging and encouraging the coaches do a great job of pushing you just the right amount to help achieve your goals.

The coach - corrects or guides you if your form is off which helps prevent injuries and you maximize the work out! Get good pair support too!
It’s varied, complete, non stop and intense. Coachings great. Staff is super helpful. In one hour you’re in and out. Done!
Variety, intervals, coaches
I love that everyone works to their own potential. So if I am feeling great and able to push myself- I do and if I am sore I can modify my workout so that I don’t get hurt.

I appreciate how motivated I am by the entire structure of the class. Although each class is different I know what to expect. I also enjoy the encouraging words from coaches and how welcoming the entire team is !

The coaches at New City are the best and go above and beyond for their members!! Coach Christine and Pete always motivate members in class to bring out their full potential!
My husband and I both love Orange Theory because we get what we need in a one hour workout- cardio and strength. Every class is a little different so you never get bored but you always get a great all around workout. The coaches are terrific - knowledgable, welcoming and able to make the class work for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
I am able to work my body and recover . I feel great after the workout and not feel sore after.
Workouts and coaches push me to try new things and push me further than I could do on my own. Workouts are challenging and since I’ve started I have felt better and are more motivated to make healthy choices.
The coaching, demo (especially when the coach demos the workout), music, when SA's and coaches greet the members by name, the template itself, I just wish there would be more strength-training/lifting
April is an amazing instructor. She is always on point and attentive. She keeps the class on time and motivated. I also like the fact that the class it organized, keeps you moving and has alternatives if you have an injury or simply cannot do a certain exercise.
