What do you like about our workout?

I love coach Crystal as she is a strong motivator. I was hoping to get more involved with classes again, but the rigid class schedule prohibited it. If there were more classes in the afternoon I probably would’ve kept my membership. I love Orangetheory and sing its praise to everyone who asks.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it's never the same workout. I enjoy having the leisure of showing up to put in work with having to think about the exercise routine prior. Also, the coaches are very motivational and help you to challenge yourself. And the monitors are pretty cool too. I like reviewing my stats to see when I need to push myself more to make my personal splat point and calories burned goal.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how diverse the workouts are! They are always challenging and fun. The community at OTF with members is also unmatched.

With recent staff changes over the last few months the vibe has started to change which is a bit of a bummer but hopefully as new coaches and front desk staff start to get more comfortable they will build more connections with members. It seems like some of the newer coaches have yet to find their own voice and passion for the studio. I really love Alyssa’s demos (she is very focused, specific, and thorough) and how Tiff makes form corrections on the weight floor (many members including myself need more form corrections to get the full benefit of our workout)!! That being said, the motivation during some classes with the new coaches can be challenging to stay engaged in for the full time. Again, I hope it is just a matter of them being newer and needing to get more comfortable with members.

Another issue I see often (since I have not been able to be on the treads for about a month and a half) is: only one or two coaches actually coach the bike the full class which is a bummer. Often it feels like the the bike/strider are on their own to try to get their workout in. I would like to see more coaching for the bike/strider. I know other members feel this way as well because we have talked about it after our classes. This makes some of us feel like we are not fully getting what we are paying for that’s a bummer.

I think with many staff members being newer it can be a great opportunity to train the full staff to help continue the original community feel that existed between members and staff. The camaraderie has shifted and we need more of that GENUINE friendly feel in the studio between members and staff that existed in the first few months. I would love to see the studio get back to that experience for everyone.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety of the workout and the fact that it is already mapped out. It takes the guesswork out of my workouts and allows me to be efficient in that 60 minutes I have with any one of the amazing coaches at this studio. The best part is that It’s not a competition. The only person I compete with is myself. That’s the best kind of competition there is because it challenges me to be stronger and faster than yesterday.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that each day is a new workout and a fresh chance to meet my goals. I love that my coaches know me and encourage my growth and progress. I enjoy the post workout emails and opportunities to measure my progress and highlight improvements.

What do you like about our workout?

All the workouts are fun, they focus on specific and vital functions to keep the body healthy and active. Everyone in the office is helpful and very nice. There are additional activities to participate in to help us reach our goals.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety of the workout. I like the different tools used on the weight floor, like the medicine balls, trx straps and body ball. I have even gotten to like the rower.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s challenging and lead by a trainer, so I have someone there to help me with my form or other options if I need them. It’s made me so much stronger than if I’d been working out on my own.

They are challenging but doable for anyone at any stage. You can increase speeds or weights to your liking at any point and still follow along with the group.

I love having a coach there to correct your form when needed, and I love that the coaches truly care to get to know you. Since they do know you they help to push you when you need it, and they keep you constantly reaching for new goals.

What do you like about our workout?

I really enjoy all the workouts. They are hard and push me. I really like it when the coaches know who you are and know how to push you. They not only know your name but know when and how to help you meet your goals.
