As a runner, I like how the variety of the constantly changing workouts each day keeps things fresh and has improved my abilities overall as a runner as a result. Never having done any formal weight lifting in the past I appreciate that I have someone to tell me what to do, to show me how to do it, and correct me when I need to make form improvements to keep me safe by using correct form. The coaches push me to try things I’m uncomfortable with and boost my confidence that I can do things I’m unfamiliar with and still be successful.
The love that all the trainers place, and the motivation to give the best kindness, I am in love with exercise thanks to all your trainers.
Its fast-paced and you just have to show up and put in the effort.
