Love the enthusiasm and support from all of the coaches. The variety of exercises and workouts, every class is different and keep me coming back!
Group fitness helps me stay motivated as well as booking my classes in advance. I like that the workout includes cardio and weights. I like the Aoki workouts. I also like the splat point concept/orange zone as it keeps me going during the class. I would prefer a little less creative weight lifting movements with standard repeated formats. I like the weight days that are basic movements such as chest presses, bicep curls, shoulder flys, and squats so I can focus on my lifts. I don't like some creative movements I have to figure out what I'm doing and don't know how much weight I need.
Coaches and diversity in classes
I am from lake charles, Louisiana and was in las vegas for my friends birthday. We decided to go and get a workout in and found this amazing orangetheory crew in Spring Valley Las Vegas. We loved every minute of it!! The orangetheory crew were amazing and welcoming. I felt like I was at my own gym home at orangetheory. Even the members were very nice and friendly. Good vibes and great Playlist!! They even sang happy birthday to my friend, she loved it. Thanks Coach Megan for great time and workout!!! Spring Valley orangetheory Thanks again!!! 🧡🧡🧡🧡

I enjoy the music and the overall experience. I like that the classes are never over crowded and you don’t have to fight for the weights you want. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility.
I wish they offered a 45 cardio class like how they have the 45 weight one. I think that would be really nice cause sometimes I don’t want to do weights. Also, I wish they had more music themed days. Ex “Disney day” or like “musical theater days”. The Aoki days are fun but they get old fast. I used to do soul cycle and they had those themes and I really enjoyed it. It was fun and I think something like that would do well here.

That it’s customized to each user based on their heart rate. No one workout is the same for every participant, so there’s no pressure to keep up with others who may be more fit than you.

-Workouts are hard and a challenge but doable
-I always know I have options to modify if needed
-The instructors are always upbeat and I like that if I'm doing something wrong they help guide me and show me the correct form
-I like the flexibility of the classes
