I love the coaches! Coach Mac and coach Tiff are my favorite! All the coaches are great, but these ladies really help me push myself into high gear! Patty at the front is amazing and full of life! Even at 5 am! I would highly recommend OrangeTheory Fitness! The best part about working out is that you can just listen to what the coaches are saying and try your best! The workouts are designed to push you and help you get comfortable with being uncomfortable, in order to deliver results!

Addictive, no two days are the same, the energy the coaches bring fires me up. Been going for 6 months and I can see results.
They are all tough workouts that make you feel great after. I love how it incorporates strength training along with cardio.

I love how I feel when it’s done. I love that the workouts are never the same. I love that we wear heart monitors. I had heart surgery in 2014 because of a birth defect that wasn’t caught until I had a stroke. My cardiologist loves that I go and can check my app to match what it’s saying with what my yearly checkups reveal. He wishes that every patient would go to OTF because of the workout it provides. I actually don’t like the workouts while I’m there because they are so hard😂. But I am always happy I went!
Everything! I tell everyone about it bc it’s so nice to just show up and have someone else tell you what to do. Haha!! I feel better, my diet is better and I’ve even resolved some GI issues bc coming to the gym keeps me regular. It’s a motivating place with GREAT coaches!!! Love love love Melissa!!
Great cardio exercise
I love how motivating the coaches are. As someone who never worked out i love that there are different templates each class. I can see the changes in myself and that pushes me to keep going.
