I love that it's a structured class with a coach to keep you on track. It definitely beats standing around the gym wondering what to do next! Plus, you are typically getting a full body workout, but you can go at your own pace and the coach only encourages you instead of yelling.
The staff is energetic and have good attitudes, which make the workouts enjoyable and keeps me motivated.

I like that you don’t have to think about it. The toughest part is just getting yourself there. I don’t have to worry about “am I doing the right thing?” Or “is it leg day? Arm day? Ab day?”. All of the thinking and calculating is done for me, I just have to get myself there.
It’s challenging and fun. The coaches are great and I am encouraged and motivated by those around me working out so hard.
My favorite thing about your workouts is the fact that they are never the same. That really keeps everything fresh. I love that!

I love the fact that its very structured. I don't have to worry about X amount of minutes doing this or that. The coaches are awesome!
The quality of the workout is very good. The faculty is top notch they follow all the rules for COVID-19. When entering we get our tempature checked and hands sanitized. I left another gym in Summerlin that I have been a member since they opened which is a beautiful facility and I was a bit reluctant to try something new but I am very glad I did make a change.
Orange theory is great when you struggle with coming up with workouts on your own. You book your slot, show up, and get put to work. The cancellation process kinda sucks. I understand the reasoning for it but sometimes a babysitter cancels last minute. You get into an accident or too much traffic that will put you past the 5 minute grace period.
This workout concept is the most efficient way to stay fit or return to fitness.
I like the daily change up. And I leave feeling so good!
