I love that each workout is different, yet you know what stations you will move through. While there is purpose and set of exercises to be done, each person works at their own comfort and ability level. Classes are small and intimate enough to know if you need help, either from the coach or another classmate. The coaches encourage when they see you struggling and challenge you when they see the weights might be too lite. Of all the places and things I’ve tried to get and stay fit and strong, this is by far my favorite.

Straightforward, easy to follow but very difficult if you push yourself. It’s nice knowing you can scale back if you need to.

I love rowing. Who knew?? OTF workouts can be as challenging as I want them to be. It’s always a good calorie burn. The coaches are motivating and helpful when I need accommodations.
The consistency of keeping your heart rate up. The direction in change of speed and watching the results on the screen as you challenge yourself during routines.

I like the circuit training and how awesome the coaches are! Always feels like a safe space! The workouts are intense, but I leave feeling amazing!
I like that the workouts are planned and they usually target the entire body. The way the workouts are designed, tied with the heart monitor tracker it lets me have a healthier competition when looking at my stats and others in each class. This helps to push me to work just a bit harder. I leave feeling amazing after each class.
