The motivation
I love orangetheory. I love the way the workouts change up giving you opportunities to use different equiptment (med ball, bosu. trx, free weights) to work on different aspects of fitness (cardio, balance, strength).

This was my first time. I liked it but I am older so needed a little more demonstration on ways to pace myself. I was blessed that they had honey sticks on hand and they did not charge me for it because my sugar level dropped into the 40’s. They showed a lot of concern and they cared for me. I felt good about working out. Needed more instruction on the rowing machine. I will come early next time so I can be shown the proper position. The instructor tried to explain while she was teaching but I am still not sure I got it.
Friendly front desk staff & coaches. Equipment in good shape. Facility is clean. Lockers have locks/keys! Only downside is no towels provided. I learned from my first class there that I need to bring my own.

It was the first time in years I had been to a gym I didn’t feel pressured to extend myself beyond my limits they did a great job explaining the theory behind orange theory and I felt in control of my work out. I wasn’t trying to compete or catch up with others around me. I felt sore the next day but in a good way. I didn’t feel miserable and like I wouldn’t go back again. Being on the older side (60) I felt intimidated by some of the electronics on the treadmill the trainer was right there to get me on track the atmosphere is friendly I enjoyed myself
The coaches are great. I like that every workout is different and that everyone can go at their own pace.
I like the coaching! I like I can see my progress throughout my workout. I like that I don’t have to think about or plan my workouts!

It was a good change up from my normal training. A friendly atmosphere with incredible vibes. Most importantly a workout that pushes you but most importantly allowed you to push yourself.
The people are super nice ! Very cool environment with people motivated to be fit.
I love the competitive aspect of the heart rate tracking board, as well as the coaches that are very well educated. I feel like I have a team behind me that will hold me accountable and want to see me succeed.

I didn’t have a hard time following. Danielle was clear on what I was to do. I enjoyed my workout. Can’t wait for the next one.
The music, the energy and there is no time for me to think about all the reasons I want to get off the tread or rower.
That I can improve my running time and endurance on the treadmill and do thirty minutes of weights.
The workout is fun but at the same time intense
