It is a great workout with the 3 things I like doing - weights , running and rowing. I like the change up of workouts, the competitiveness of the classes and the motivation from the instructors. I always feel like I gave it my all walking out.

Different workouts each day. Really good coaches that encourage you but don’t push to the extreme that you hurt yourself. (Ana Marie and Holly are the best)
It’s perfect for my age body type. I’m interested in this type of workout for fitness and brain health. This type of heart rate training is the best for brain health - or so they believe currently. I’m 59 and both parents had dementia. Strength training also very good. I’m actually not here for weight loss but to keep weight/muscle on.
I have recommended the Rock Hill OT to 2 colleagues.
