The variety and great coaches
I love my instructor...friendly and motivating, without creating anxiety. Upbeat, variety of exercises keep things interesting...all good things. Only critique is that sometimes I can't hear/understand instructor over the music, and have trouble getting which instructions are for my group vs for others, but I may get better at that once I have been to more classes.
Coaches energy and knowledge, variety of workouts, ability to scale the workout to individual needs.

It's a complete body workout while having fun and I totally dig the loud music! And I must add that Joel has been a phenomenal coach in making me feel welcome, inspired and not totally lost as a newbie to OTF.
