friendly, clean and enthusiastic trainers
I am one who hates cardio but I actually enjoy doing cardio at OTF. The trainers are great about making it fun and pushing you. I also love that it is more of a HITT workout and are constantly moving even when doing weights on the floor.
Good Workout sessions and format
I came to take Brandon’s class when I was in town because he came highly recommended from friends and family. It turned out that he was training a new trainer and it was going to be his first full class ever. I was a little disappointed to miss Brandon but the new guy was great! Once he gets a little more comfortable and finds his own coaching style, he is going to crush it! I will definitely take his class again when I come to town.
Helpful and friendly staff! Great workout! Will be fantastic cross-training to my normal mountain biking and trail running!

The whole entire staff is extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed and part of the OTF family. I love how I get a full body workout but I do not have to think about it. Even though you know there is always running, rowing, and weights it’s always a little bit different. It’s a great workout and you get that AFTERBURN!

I love how open it is to push yourself rather than trying to compare yourself to others - by not all having the exact same equipment I felt much more comfortable to not compare myself to others

I simply don't have to think for an hour. Despite the physical exertion, it's rather relaxing considering how hectic the rest of the day can become.
The trainers keep you going with subtle corrections to ensure you get the most out of your workout.

Awesome energy and knowledge you get from the class coach. I took two classes with Caroline. She is the best. She is always willing to help and will take time with you to make sure you are doing the exercises in the right way.

What I loved about this workout was the change between each station. Even though you were tired, you felt like you could keep going, because the next station switched it up for you. If you were struggling in one area, you could make it up in another.
We are constantly moving! We are challenging ourselves! The workout can be done at our own pace (awesome for overweight unfit people like me!) :)
