What do you like about our workout?

It is never the same. Every time I come there is a different routine. No chance for getting bored. Also, the sense of community at OTF is tremendous! The coaches and front desk staff are amazing, but I have met so many amazing friends during my time at OTF.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I get a full body workout in an hour. I like the fact that coaches are available to make sure you are doing exercises properly and to motivate you.

What do you like about our workout?

An Orangetheory workout takes place in a supportive group atmosphere with a coach. The equipment includes treadmills, rowers, and other accessories used for a full body workout.

The exercise is varied, and encourages me to do that little bit more to get my heart rate up, and then, provides some recovery time. Then back up again. Regular Orangetheory sessions will put you in top condition with very little chance of injury. The sessions go fast and are very enjoyable. Good music also!

What do you like about our workout?

You get out what you put in. You can count on the workout to provide 55 minutes of work and it is up to you to bring the intensity. You show up, you work, you leave feeling accomplished. That is the orange theory guarantee.

Great place! Great workouts! The motivation to push and do better is there! The instructors are caring and awesome. Love it. I meant to give it a 10 not a 9. (Can’t seem to go back a change the score). Great place!

Every class is different and the time goes by very quickly. The monitors are great and keep me challenged to work harder.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I have a visual of my heart rate zones throughout the entire workout and can measure how well I am doing through using the app. The coaches are helpful and upbeat and the music is perfect for the workout.
