I LOVE it! One hour is exactly long enough and the "group personal training" format is great. We are given instruction and encouragement, no matter what our present level of fitness. There are different types of workouts: power, endurance, and strength.

I love that everyone has their own station and that we are always moving between weights, floor and rower. It's an invigorating workout! The heart rate monitor helps to motivate me to push myself.
The program works! I started at 52 and I am so much stronger. The peaches and staff are knowledgeable, encouraging, warm and friendly. Orange has excellence in every area. The equipment is well maintained, the gym and bathrooms and showers are clean. My membership is a better value than my subscription to my tv internet provider! And I absolutely love the way I feel after a workout and how fast the time flies during it. The music and the personalized coaching as well as the daily workouts make it a perfect fit for me and my exercise needs.

I really like the coaches I've worked with so far. I like the variety of the different workouts and the different stations/blocks. I really like that I am part of a group but I am doing my own thing at my own pace.

First time visiting this studio and it was a fun and friendly atmosphere and I love that I can go to an OTF in the US and it’s exactly like in Canada.
