I like that OT is group fitness led by a motivating instructor that gives me direction what to do. I also like that I can see the results of my individual workout with my heart rate monitor. Even though I’m not at the same fitness level of others, I see that I am getting just as or more of a workout as others.

The sense of community here is like no other gym atmosphere i have ever experienced. The trainers will push you because they believe in you.

IT IS DIFFERENT THEN JUST GOING TO THE GYM. I LIKE THAT IT IS GUIDED BY A COACH AND THERE IS ANOTHER COACH HELPING YOU WITH THINGS OR EXERCISES IF NEEDED. THIS HELPS MOTIVATE AND PUSH YOU TO FINISH WORKOUT. IT IS ALSO COOL TO SEE PROGRESS AND STATS ON THE APP AND SCREENS.

It workouts out all of you . You compete against yourself. Makes me accountable.
I like that the workouts can be as challenging as you make them. They are designed it a way that someone just starting their fitness journey can fully participate and someone who is looking to take their fitness to the next level can really push themselves.
It's fun! Nothing is expected since you don't know what you'll be doing that day. The coaches are supportive!
