What do you like about our workout?

I like that OT is group fitness led by a motivating instructor that gives me direction what to do. I also like that I can see the results of my individual workout with my heart rate monitor. Even though I’m not at the same fitness level of others, I see that I am getting just as or more of a workout as others.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I get a full body workout in 60 minutes. I feel that the coaches will step in if they see I am doing something incorrectly and work with me to fix my form if that’s with rowing or on the weight floor

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I get a well balanced workout. I am still learning what "my normal" is, and Coach Betty is a real help. I would definitely recommend OTF to my friends. I see myself staying with OTF for a long time as it's become part of my routine. I also like that you keep it interesting and motivating.

It is different everyday! The coaches are extremely motivating and everyone can do them. I like that it’s based off my heart rate and my perceived exertion.

I've been loving the core blasts, hopefully we see more of those!

I love how supportive the coaches have been through my injury. I have to pull back on some areas, and I'm given a lot of advice on how to continue to push myself safely through my recovery.

What do you like about our workout?

IT IS DIFFERENT THEN JUST GOING TO THE GYM. I LIKE THAT IT IS GUIDED BY A COACH AND THERE IS ANOTHER COACH HELPING YOU WITH THINGS OR EXERCISES IF NEEDED. THIS HELPS MOTIVATE AND PUSH YOU TO FINISH WORKOUT. IT IS ALSO COOL TO SEE PROGRESS AND STATS ON THE APP AND SCREENS.

I like that the workouts can be as challenging as you make them. They are designed it a way that someone just starting their fitness journey can fully participate and someone who is looking to take their fitness to the next level can really push themselves.
