How it motivates me to work harder!
I love the workouts because they are designed to challenge everyone at their own pace and level and I always feel great afterward even if I’m not as fast or strong as others around me. The warm atmosphere and the excellent trainers add so much fun and joy. And the various benchmarks and spirit workouts keep me engaged and interested as I grow and get into shape!

The coaches first and foremost. Having coaches that interact with you and get to know you add another level of accountability that really helps me. The variety of templates are a huge plus. The heart rate monitor system and workout tracker are really nice to have too, but I loved the coaches and templates so much that I didn't mind going two years without a heart monitor. OH, also the benchmarks and challenges, I LOVE being able to look back at my previous times and see the progress/PRs

I like OTF workouts because they are challenging, routines change daily, instructors are very positive & help perfect your form. I also like the camaraderie; it’s great working out with motivated people!
It’s great to have a place where someone is monitoring your form and showing you what to do. I’m used to aerobic training but never know what to do for strength training.
The treadmill is easy to use doesn’t hurt my knees when I’m running on it as opposed to other treadmills at other gyms

I like the motivating aspect of the coaches.
Having my workout planned for me is everything I needed. All I have to do is show up! It’s like having an personal trainer at the same time as having a motivated group of individuals surround you, helping you give your best efforts. I’ve been searching for this type of experience for way too long! OTF is one of the best choice I’ve made for myself in a long time.
It’s challenging but doable, and the coaches are incredible. It’s such a genuinely great environment

I know I am getting a good workout when I am able to track my heartrate throughout the class.
