What do you like about our workout?

I like the instructors. I like when they correct me if I am doing the weights incorrectly. They are motivated and fun. I would like to see more abs. I hate doing abs and would love for it to be incorporated in most workouts.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that I get to make my workout at Orangetheory Fitness as intense as I want it. Having the ability to regulate the level of intensity is key for me. I love how the coaches encourage and support. They know me personally and know exactly when and how to push me.

What do you like about our workout?

-Structured workouts. I know what to expect without the workouts being repetitive

-I typically have to sign up for classes ahead of time in order to make sure I have a spot & late cancellations have a penalty, so I almost never miss an early morning class. If I just went to the gym on my own, I would miss a lot of workout.

-Coach feedback, assistance, and encourage meant. I can be confident that I am doing any particular exercise, and the coaches push me to do more than I thought I was capable of.

-I leave feeling like I used my time effectively & truly got a good workout. When I worked out on my own in the past, I either felt like I pushed myself too far and hated it or I didn't know what to do and wasn't effective.

-Heart rate monitors
*It gives me something to monitor myself
*I feel more in tune with by body
*I have a goal in mind throughout the workout (e.g., what zone to be in, aiming for 12 splat points)

-Everything is at my own pace. I don't have to be doing the same speed, weight, etc. as everyone else. I just need to get my heart rate to a similar level.

-Benchmarks allow me to track my progress

What do you like about our workout?

Orangetheory workouts keep me on my toes and guessing as to what will come next. Truthfully, the best part about Orangetheory are my coaches, local sales associates, and co-members. Orangetheory feels like a big family with coaches there to push and test you, co-members to support and motivate you, and the staff to welcome you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the workouts are coach-led, high energy, fun and unique. I appreciate that in just 60 minutes, I get a challenging, full-body workout and I always look forward to my next class. The coaches and staff are all so friendly, knowledgeable and supportive and I really appreciate them all. I never enjoyed exercising until I found Orangetheory and now I happily go 5 days a week!! :)

The coaches and staff are amazing and so encouraging! I love that the workout is for every body type, no matter your fitness background and goals. You can do the workout at your own pace, and still see results. Love OTF!!!

The workouts are challenging and well structured. The equipment is awesome and makes it very easy to track your workout progress. I have also received excellent guidance and encouragement from the instructors. The facility is very clean and organized.

Very motivating! I love leaving there feeling like I worked out my whole entire body!
I came back after 2 years of trying other places and came back:)) CrossFit wasnt for me a d I don’t like how boot camps are only 25 minutes long.
The coaches here even remembered me! They are very motivating and genuinely care about your progress and whether or not your doing the exercises correctly!

What do you like about our workout?

No two workouts are the same! I burn maximum calories and have fun doing it. The coaches are great, music is fun and upbeat, and the athletes are super nice. Love Orange Theory!
