It's a great workout. I like the blend of it being a class with a leader, yet you still do things at your own pace and to your own level. The HR monitoring lets me be sure to be working out in the right zone(s). And they are a full hour - not 45 minutes like some other 'hour' booked class places.

Great place to work out and get trained. Love all the coach at this location <3 Staff is very friendly! If you have to cancel your session last minute for any reason the staff at this location really nice about helping! Enjoy every minute of being at OTF Waltham!
I love all workouts are unique and different most every class. The coaching staff are fun, motivating and knowledgeable. Also, workouts can be modified to support what you may need physically.

how challenging it is
The workouts cover cardio and strength and core and the coaching is great and for me I need someone to tell me what I need to be doing so I can just do the exercise and not have to think about anything. Its a great total body workout for burning calories and increasing your strength.

I love that there is a set schedule and I don't have to figure out what to do. The coaches lead us through the workout, making adjustments as needed and encouraging us all the way through.

It is challenging without being overwhelming. The instructors keep things moving while being supportive and helpful as needed. I don't know how I can feel both exhausted and energized after a workout, but you guys have figured it out!

Incredibly rigorous but also flexible. Coaches that really inspire me to push while still being very caring. The variety of workouts and activities each class- never boring. It goes fast. Best workout I’ve ever found at a gym.
