Great instruction from coaches & get a good full body workout in an hour! Love being in a class setting.
I joined OTF in February because I wanted to change up my workout routine. I've never been a fan of cardio or the treadmill. I'm okay with rowing. I had a need for something to supplement my weight/strengthening workouts. The OTF workouts really force me to do cardio, like it or not. I like how the program is structured, changes and that I don't need to time my workout. It helps that I don't need to think about what set/reps are next. I just need to show up, follow the plan and put in the work.
The instructors and the ability to change to different workouts. There are days the body craves or works at its best in certain challenges.You feel the benefits and see changes in the body!
The coaches are awesome and the workouts are very challenging.
Just added 2 Lift class/week which is great but please add more!

I like the structure and pace of the workouts. In addition, it's great to have the 2G and 3G workouts, as well as Lift classes. The instructors and staff are fabulous people!
Everything! Coaches are great. Very chill and friendly atmosphere. Workouts can be grueling -- and I mean that in a good way 'cuz that's what I signed up for! Enough variety in the workouts so it doesn't get stale and oh so rewarding when finished.
OTF Kingston has been so inclusive and welcoming since I joined back in 2019. Every time I go in sometimes not in the best mood, I walk out feeling refreshed and relieved. It’s more than a workout it’s a form of expression, mental and physical therapy.
It’s the just right challenge (for anyone because it’s based on your HR)! The coaches are motivating and want you to get the best workout in. It’s always different & it builds in cross-training and weights directly into the workout. The treadmillls are amazing. I have had labrum surgery in my hip, on these treadmills I can run with no pain.
Just show up and do it. I don’t have to plan it.
After 1 year and a half without being able to exercise, I decided to do some research on gyms I would like to try and I found this location conveniently right across from work and a 10 min drive from home.
I signed up saturday for the next available free class and decided to go not knowing what to expect. I loved how transparent and welcoming everyone was to me. I did not feel out of place. Not once I felt pressured or had a pushy sale. Coach was knowledgable, motivational and kept an eye on me to see if I was following the course. It was challenging but a very rewarding experience. I signed up right after class and I’m looking forward to getting up to speed and getting to my fitness goal.

I love that it’s well rounded. It doesn’t focus only on weights. I also like the instant feedback by knowing your splat sad you’re working out.

I love the workouts. I love most of the instructors it’s always clean the only thing I would recommend would be a plug in for the lobby where everyone waits to check in and where very where grabs their stuff after class
