Encompasses both cardio and weight training. Workout are different every day, but able to practice similar weight training exercises and see progress
I like that I don’t have to think about what I will do for a workout. Someone else has done that for me. I like that the workouts are always different so you don’t get bored. I like the encouragement from the instructors. The time flies by. I get a great workout I’m always working different muscles.
I just took my first two classes and loved the workouts! The coaches are supportive and take time to help you understand each exercise! Can’t wait for my next class!

I like the environment at the Gym. I love having classes with all Coaches. They help me to do my exercises in a right way. I am not hutting my body.
I love that we get a little bit of everything. Treadmill workout, row workout and floor excerises...weight training and strength training! Best of all, I don't have to think about how I'm going to approach what to do at the gym. It's always evolving and make it challenging.
That was the first time I went to the reading location to workout. It was nice! Melissa the trainer was great. I was impressed she knew our names before class even started. She was upbeat and positive!
Coaches and Routines
A great one hour of calerie burn. Working all the muscules groups including the most important, heart and lungs.
It is challenging and the coaches and staff are awesome.
The workout is intense as you want it to be. As one of the older participants I feel supported by the coaches when I work at my own pace (I don't do burpees any more!).
The workout goes by quickly and at the end I feel tired but not exhausted. I like the monitoring because I can tell that my fitness improves when it takes me longer to get to the orange zone and quicker to get back into the green zone, and then able to step up to my "push" level.
I don't always like the music, and sometimes it is too loud and I cannot hear the coach. I also like that there are many time options for classes, my schedule is varied but I am always able to find a class on the days I want to attend, thank you!
