I’m still new, working out small kinks but I like the routines and energy so far. A lot of cardio which is what I want and a good mix of strength and endurance. Very good so far. Also the 8 days a month plan (2 days a week) works great for my busy lifestyle.

I love that I don’t have to plan my exercise. I’m given a solid and well designed workout lead by skilled and attentive trainers. It’s my hour to work hard and leave the outside stress behind.
Someone is directing me, other people are around, it varies from workout to workout and block to block. The time seems to go by quickly. For someone who has a hard time getting and staying motivated, all of these things are important.
Great coaches and members! While not a competition, it's motivating to try to work as hard or harder than everyone else
The coaches! They are always motivating and helpful.
Treadmill workout is great. Flies by and most treadmill workout are horrible. The rowers’ seats are too high. Weights should be more core and upper body because treads are heavy on legs.... over all love OT those are just some thoughts.

Your workouts cover strength, cardio and stretching. I don't have to create them- I just go in, work hard for 60" and leave!!
