It's challenging, vigorous and varies everyday. It works all muscle groups, combining cardio with weight lifting. The coaches are great! They are so enthusiastic. I love Orange Theory!

The high energy and the motivation from the coaches. The coaches make sure you're using proper form and also motivate and push you. A perfect example was a recent class where we had to complete the 2000 meter row. I was having a hard time. Stephanie gave me some helpful tips and towards the end, sat next to me and kept me going til the end!
The variety of workouts is awesome plus the adaptability. The coaches are knowledgeable to make it work for everyone plus do enthusiastic and motivating. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I just love it!!!
I like the workout is structured in the sense that: I know I'll split my time between treadmill, rowing and weights. But at the same time, what I do at each of those stations will change each class, so it's not boring or repetitive

Such a great studio, kind, great environment to work out! Really appreciated Jules' energy and coaching too! And they were so kind and helped me with my heart rate monitor and were generous!
The mix of exercises are great. I also like the fact we can modify exercises to fit our needs or injuries.

The workout routines are well explained, tough, and varied. You might leave sore, but never bored. The coaches and staff are very friendly and helpful.
I really like how the coaches explain what we’re going to do in each class, the music, the energy in the class, and how everyone is working at their own level. No competition or body shaming!
