I 🧡 Orange Theory Fitness! In the 2 years I have been a member, I have lost weight, toned up, gained muscle, become a faster runner, a stronger hiker and have overall excellent health! I love the cardio on the tread, the strength I get from rowing and all the exercises in the weight room with the TRX straps and weights! Initially I could hardly lift 5 pounds. Now, I can do a 25 pound deadlift. However, it’s not just the workouts I enjoy at OTF, it’s the overall family atmosphere from the friendly greeting when I enter the lobby to all the amazing, encouraging, motivating Coaches I have had over my 2 years. The themed days, the celebrations, the support from my OTF family are what makes me come back! Thank you!

I love Coach Jess and all of the staff. But Jess really makes me want to do my best. She really takes an interest in people and you can tell she cares.
Conditioning, cardiovascular and strengthing programs are fantastic and being able to montirior your best fat burning heart rate makes it fun and challenging.
The fast pace, you can challenge yourself at your own level
Scheduled workouts keep me on track in our busy lives! In addition the coaches are awesome by keeping it fun and motivating.
The coaches are wonderful and really take the time to learn about each person and what they’re strengths are. They then use that to encourage and develop the people in their class.

The OT workout pushes & inspires me. The coaches are pretty awesome, too.
The intensity. The positivity and overall good vibes of ALL the instructors-no mater if it’s a 5 AM class or later in the day. The front desk staff is always helpful and so friendly. The gym is clean and well maintained. Overall a great experience. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I’m done. 😅

OTF is the best hour workout! It's a full body workout that will leave you feeling great and your muscles fatigued at the same time! The coaches are great and are very friendly and helpful. Bottom line....everyone should join OTF!
