The exercises in each session are very well balanced. The coaches at the Jax Beach location (which is the only location I have attended) are well trained and inspirational - especially Martin and Savanna, who coach the sessions I attend.
My husband and I are both about the enter our 60's and we find the work outs very beneficial to build muscle, increase balance, stamina, and energy and to provide a healthy foundation for the years to come. Orange Theory is a vital part of our lives.

i can go in and get cardio as well as a body workout under an hour. traveling like i do, there are tons of locations to visit while on the road.

Everything. From the challenges and how I’m encouraged to push myself to the thoughtlessness (on my part) of the workouts. It’s addictive!
Workouts are fast paced, instructor led and target strength, endurance and balance. There’s no time to be bored and the monitors help manage and motivate individuals in a group setting. Did I mention that the instructors are fabulous?

Challenging but doable!!!
It’s a one hour workout that includes cardio and weights. It’s fast and fun. Never boring. I highly recommend Orange Theory to anyone that wants to get in shape and be healthy.

I really like the workouts. Don and
Moira, the coaches I go to, are awesome, as they keep you accountable during the workouts and are really motivating. I like that it’s only an hour, and all I need to bring is myself, and they tell you all that you need to do. I also like how the people at the desk know my name when I walk in. It creates a small community atmosphere.

I want provide positive feedback on Coach Nick at the Windermere branch. He is a master at motivating us throughout the entire session. All of the coaches are fantastic but Nick has an extra special edge at getting buy-in from the attendees.
Whether it is using his tone of voice or using an inspirational saying, he knows how to regulate the tempo, push us and make the session fun. I appreciate how he stops by and corrects my form during various exercises. I have attended numerous OT sessions and Coach Nick’s workouts have truly been enjoyable.
