In 2015, at 55 years of age, I had L3, L4 and L5 fused and both hips totally replaced. I was in very bad shape from arthritis and genetics. I didn't workout for 10 years. I was very de-conditioned with muscle atrophy and 25 lbs over weight.
I decided in the summer of 2017 to start on an eliptical. By the beginning of 2018, I was ready for more. My sister who is 62 kept telling me about OTF and how great it was- I scoffed it off until my daughter told me she too was a member! I joined April 1, 2018.
I actually have arms I can flex now! Wow! I never thought in my wildest dreams that I could row-ever- given my horrible back and the surgery. I have the strongest back muscle of my life from good form and great instruction from my Instructors.
All you have to do is SHOW UP! IT IS THE FASTEST HOUR OF YOUR DAY!

Coach Moira makes a 6am workout something I actually look forward to! She brings energy and encouragement everyday with great playlists. She holds us accountable and makes me want to work hard! Thank you Moira!!!

Everything!! The workouts are always different, challenging, fun & the coaches are the best! They make you feel welcome & are always offering suggestions or options to make it beneficial for you.
I like the experience from the moment I open the door and am greeted by our staff. The workouts are consistently on time, they are absolutely unique each session as I have been a member going on two years. The organized training gives the body a sense of muscle confusion and the engaging and competitive nature and culture makes me push to new levels constantly.
Did I mention getting J's from my trainer? If not, I love getting a "J"!!
