I love that it is different every day. Its also like I have a personal trainer at each workout. I feel great after! Music is fun! Coaches are awesome. I love the various benchmarks and challenges each month. You just never really can get bored because it changes daily/weekly/monthly. That alone keeps me motivated and coming back!

Orange theory is the only type of workout that I have remained consistent. The class times work extremely well with my schedule. I know I am going to get a good workout without thinking too hard about it. When I had a gym membership, I would overthink my routines and become intimidated. When I use my router or stationary bike at home, my workouts became repetitive and unmotivating. At Orangetheory, the coaches guide me through a full body workout. In combination, I am to push myself by monitoring my heart rate. Knowing I am giving a good effort by staying in the Orange Zone without overdoing it or trying to keep up with the person next to me. The staff and coaches are supportive and friendly. I am excited to see where the classes take my body. I would recommend orange theory to anyone.

A great workout, and it is designed just perfectly that I feel the burn but my muscles don’t lock up from soreness the next day.

I rly like the workouts. A great workout within an hour. If there were more afternoon hours offered I would give it a 10. 3 of the 7 days out of the week I can’t go unless it’s first thing in the morning.
