I like to move around the gym doing lots of different exercises and not stay in one place too long. Stephon and Chris are very knowledgeable and the front desk was very welcoming and friendly.

I love that I have cues to continue pushing. If I were working out alone my mind would waunder a lot more often than at OT. My favorite coach is Tatiana. I love her line “You can do anything for 30 seconds!”.

I love that it is a group effort. The great coaches lead you through a variety of workouts with individualized positive reinforcement. It is so important to recognize individuals in the class, and give them feedback. As an educator, that works with teachers, my evaluation of the Orange Theory Coaches are "HIGHLY EFFECTIVE". (In education, that is a perfect 10!)

On my own I would have given up with the workout, but with the coach and the rest of the group, I was able to push through. I was so surprised that I was able to not only survive the second round on the treadmill, but improve.
Being in a group setting holds me accountable to my workout but at the same time my workout is always catered to myself.
I like the positive coaching and the diversity of exercises.
