I love that it is never the same workout twice. It’s important to me to be changing things up to not overwork certain muscles and incorporate intervals such as those on the tread workouts to gain speed and increase endurance.
This location is amazing! I’ve completed two classes with Kiana and Marcellus and they both are motivating and great coaches. The manager Victoria is amazing as well and assisted me with signing up! I love closer to another location but chose Milford because of the staff
I like the way that you need to sign up and you need to make the commitment to go. Once you’re there, you get a good amount of cardio and weight lifting to get an a complete workout - it’s always changing and never dull!
OTF is far and away the best workout experience that I have ever had. It has been truly transformational. I feel more fit today in terms of my energy level and muscle tone than I have in several decades! Most important, it is a fun experience that makes you want to keep coming back, which is critical when it comes to fitness. Staff are really great.

I like live tracking of my heartrate and splat points. It keeps me focused. I also like that I can start on the treadmill and then do the floor last. Coach Amanda is great and I like her hands on approach. She makes the class fun.

I love the variety of workouts that OTF provides to me. Everyday is a new challenge for my body and my mind to perform past the limits I put on it. I find the coaching to be extremely insightful and body movements helping me reach peak athleticism.
