That it’s different every day
Loved the class, instructor was great. Great energy and I didn’t feel intimidated at all.
I love how motivating the workout environment is. A lot of it has to do with the coaches-who are great. I really feel like I get a good workout in and time flies during it. Orange Theory actually makes me WANT to workout.
EVERTHING! OTF Norwalk is one of the best! The coaches and staff are extremely kind, motivating and helpful. The facility is extremely well kept and very clean!

The intensity- I just try and survive each class and I’ve lost weight before I took a break before Xmas bcos of the Omnicron outbreak - I saw the weight loss myself. But I know, if I stay with the classes, I would be in a better place in a month or two.

availability, knowing enough of what to expect but it is always different. seeing improvements over time in milestones and my core strength, even though I feel like we rarely focus on core during floor exercises.
Sense of community, support from coaches and fellow workout partners, diverse and challenging workouts and spirit of competitiveness that propels us to want to work harder and harder.
Feedback: can you create instagram videos like OTF coach @trainingtall? I check his videos the night before class as he highlights how to perform a specific exercise correctly and what now to do. I think coach Casey would be excellent choice. I attend the Lift 45 classes he coaches specifically do I can learn from him how to correctly do the exercises and his teachings stay with me the rest of the week. He makes sure to observe all of us and corrects as necessary.
No workout is woke and there’s always an alternative if you’re hurt.
I like the combination of tread, rower, weights. Every class is a little different. Good camaraderie among members. Being able to go classes when I travel.
Programs are different every day! There is something for every one. Modifications are encouraged to adapt to the member.

Variety of running rowing and floor, frequency of HIIT type workouts. Great coaches, great community environment. Very encouraging and supportive, coaches and members. And it’s fun!
I absolutely love Orangetheory!! Only fitness program I have even done consistently for a year and 7 months except for just jogging!! I love that it is more then just cardio!!
The coaches, very supportive , encouraging! The classes vary, strength, endurance, full body work out, it’s challenging, makes me want to work harder.
There are days when nobody wants to work out, however once u enter OT, your mood will change , and in just 60 minutes you’ll feel fabulous, empowered for the day!
An accomplishment for yourself in 60 minutes.
They are structured well and the coaches are great. Would like to see kettlebell work eventually

Love the constant coaching and encouragement before, during and after my workout. Makes it easier to get up in the morning knowing that I’m taking care of myself mentally and physically when there.
