What do you like about our workout?

I love the HIIT style workouts and switching from the rowers, to weight floor, to treads. I love the music and how kind all the instructors and front desk folks are. I would love to see more class options on Friday afternoons though. I can never make classes during the work day and can only go during afternoons or evenings.

I like that I just go there and don’t have to think. I do what the coaches say and I’m out in an hour. I don’t have the discipline to work out when being left to my own devices.

What do you like about our workout?

Workout is great! Coaches are great! Owners are the best in the area and saw us through trying time despite historic government overreach. Music is the only reason this wasn’t a 10. With few exceptions, coaches select music that reminds me of shopping at the mall, not raging-out on a killer workout. However, all things considered, awesome studio!!!

Coaches are inspiring and staff is very friendly. The workouts are consistently challenging and I like having the benchmarks so see my progress.

Work outs are challenging and different every day. I can work out at my own pace….I can go super strong or take it easy depending on how I feel. Instructors are kind and considerate. Front staff is friendly and accommodating.

Workouts ensure that I have the capacity to push all parts of my body in a fun, safe and organized way. Coaches are encouraging and classes have a positive, non competitive tone.

I love the fast paced, efficient, and varied workouts at Orangetheory. It is great that the workouts are measured so I can see improvement as time progresses. I particularly enjoy the music and my workouts are a party to me.

It pushes me, but I get to make my choices. How fast will I go, how much weight will I lift, how hard will I row.

And Theresa is the most positive person I’ve ever met that isn’t annoying.

Love it. It's never the same and very challenging. Love the other members & coaches. I've been a member over 5 years now....maybe longer LOL Love adding a couple of days of OTF to mix up my other workouts. Give it a try.....
