What do you like about our workout?

LOVE Orange Theory Fitness Chino Hills. All workouts are lead by a coach and consist of treadmills, rowers, and weights. There are endless modifications to suite my needs. The workouts are perfect for any age, any fitness, even if you have body pain or injuries, the coaches will work with you and your needs. I went from walking to running in less than a year. I started working out three days a week and now work out four to five. I lost 42 pounds in a year. OTF has changed my life for the good and I always recommend to my friends. Many have joined Orange Theory gyms in their area and love it.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety of workouts and nut having to think about what to do. As someone who started very out of shape with some old injuries, the face the coaches provide alternative exercises without you having to ask (once know your limitations) is super helpful. The studio is always clean and staff members friendly and energetic!

Efficient, science based training.
I’ve been active my entire life. Played team and individual sports as a kid, continued tennis, running, “Aerobics “ in the 80’s, and later, several Bootcamp style workout clubs. Then, OrangeTheory came to Palm Desert. The multi focused workouts, the accountability, camaraderie, helpful front desk staff, motivational coaching and a clean studio, all make my active lifestyle an enjoyable reality.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that I can show up to a workout and not have to plan/think about anything. I get a full body workout with amazing coaches who encourage me to push myself out of my comfort zone. I'm also grateful for the community and friendships I've built while attending classes. There's no toxic "gym culture". Everyone wants those around them to succeed. Thanks Ventura OTF!

For my wife and I, it is the sense of "community". It doesn't seem to matter if you are there, out of shape with a few extra pounds or if you are one of the "gazelles"---- everyone gets along on a very even friendship type basis.

The coaches are wonderful, energetic, and encouraging! OTF makes it easy to sign up, show up, and go, without giving your mind any time to find excuses. It’s the variety of exercises that keep things fresh that appeals to me because even if I hate a particular exercise, I know that it won’t be the same next time.

I enjoy the coach led instruction, the variety of exercises, the bio-feedback that is incorporated into the exercise routines, and the ease of scheduling classes through the smartphone application.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s motivating, it’s different everyday, it’s always a good workout, I don’t feel bored going to class, because each workout it fun. I love the challenges and benchmark workouts to track my progress. To add, the staff is friendly, the coaches learn who ALL of the members are, I love going to class.
