Trainers Kal and Cara. Adrienne, Mary and Yalda are also great. They are the most encouraging. Cara always encourages and suggests alternatives and pushes us to do our best. I miss the 3G classes. Music is also good.

I have been going to Orange Theory for more than four years and I love it! I love the instructors, Cara being one of my favorites! They always spend time to explain the workouts clearly and push you to do your best effort every time!
