I have loved almost every single workout I’ve done at OTF. They’re challenging and you’re surrounded by support whether it’s the person next to you or the coaches. The workouts are designed to help you reach your maximum potential no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
Different every day and high energy music
The coaches are awesome, the workouts are fun, the vibe is good, I have been able to lose weight, gain strength and I am now able to run longer distances at a faster pace than I ever did before.
I love the energy, the music, and the intensity! I love getting data afterwards. The only reason I don’t recommend to everyone is because it’s insanely expensive
I love that I get a good cardio, strength and endurance workout every time I go to Orange Theory!! The instructors are great and help push me along and it’s always more fun to work out with other people to fun music! I highly recommend Orange Theory!! It’s the best!!

I love the community in addition to the workouts! The coaches are so encouraging and I love not having to plan my own workouts. Everything is set up to challenge you, wherever you are physically.
Im not exactly the fitness type, but they’ve made a regular out of me🙌🏽Alma & her team have had an AMAZINGLY TRANSFORMATIONAL impact on my daily life and overall health! You don’t have to do anything except show up and MOVE… and it’s not even a competition with anyone but yourself- incremental & consistent improvements yield big changes over the long haul!

Best workout hands down. Always changing it up and always a constant new challenge as it’s designed for all levels of fitness. Love it, almost 5 years in!

It is two-fold for me. I enjoy the technology regarding my personal stats and I like the nature of the group led workouts.

It is a very good workout that includes cardio & weight lifting monitored by wearing a tracker. Throughout the workout, you can track your status.

The front desk really try to get to know you and your specific preference, the coaches are easy to follow and bring energy to help achieve what you want out of each workout. One aspect I like most is all I have to do is just go do the workout, everything is planned and I get a great workout each time. Shutting off my brain for the hour helps energize me for the day. Lastly and most importantly it is your workout you will get as much out of it as you put in, which the heart rate monitor screens really help the personal accountability.
Its fun! Plus you get cardio and weights… great all around workout!
