Easy to follow and I know I’ll get a decent workout burning all my calories in just 1 hour
1) The Workout is completed in an hour so you can "get in and get out."
2) The workouts are challenging and getting more so.
3) Although the workouts are challenging, the participant has the opportunity to slow them down or speed them up to a suitable level commensurate with fitness skills.
4) Exercises are well coached and supervised to ensure proper form and safety.
6) Coaches and other members are helpful, supportive, and encouraging.
7) The atmosphere can take on a competitive vibe if that's what you're looking for but most of the focus is on individual performance and success.
8) The facility is always very clean and the equipment is fairly new, well-maintained, and in great working condition.
9) The overall environment is friendly, hospitable, positive, and upbeat.
10) The Coaches are excellent and a lot of fun.
I love the constant movement, energy during the workouts, the motivation from the coaches, the music, the variability in each workout from day to day, the new challenges each month, the community, and lastly the results that have happened in my body and mood! One of the best decisions I ever made was joining OTF!
Great studio, great equipment and great coaches. I just wish that the music and coach volumes weren't so high that I need to wear ear protection.

Coaches add variety and motivation to the workout. Many classes to choose from to accommodate my inconsistent schedule. A workout for my whole body which includes my mental health.
