The accountability and motivation
I like when we do the 3 groups for losts of reason 1-there seems to always be a waiting list and 2- we are constantly moving which breaks up being on the treadmill for those long blocks.
I like the variety and the strength training. It has something for everyone and caters to all levels.

OTF- Glendora is the best positive reinforcement of social institutions that are nation could use. Our society is a materialistic speed culture and this hour session fits into our lifestyles so perfectly that this is a moment in time during daily living that my brain gets a to rest because my body has to move quicker! Personally, as a left arm amputee with TBI, my disability, being part of this studio actually makes me feel better about myself.
First I would like to say all of the Coaches are wonderful @ OTF & each bring a unique style to their sessions. Coach Chris motivates you & inspires you to stick with it & love his dance moves! Coach Russell pushes us beyond our limits when we seem like we can’t finish! Coach Mallory brings her energy & enthusiasm so we feel happy that we are making a difference. Coach Geselle brings her women power attitude that we are strong & leads us to finish what we started.
I like the variety of the workouts & how I get sore in different areas each time.
One suggestion to motivate us because we know everyone is competitive & wants to be on top is to list the top 3 or 5 folks that have the highest calorie & splat points! I think it’ll make us all to want to do even better & a fun & friendly competition :-)
