They are always intense and always changing so I don’t get bored. Coaches have great energy and make the time go by super fast.
It’s never the same workout and this keeps it super interesting and fun. Coaches are world class and are great at motivating the class, staying professional while still being playful. I’m addicted to Orange Theory workouts!

Everything! I like that I don’t have to figure out the workout it’s done for me. I like that it is 1 hour and it goes by fast. I like burning lots of calories and feeling challenged. I like see the changes to my body in a short amount of time. I like that you come and do the workout and leave but never have to talk to other people.

The workout is fast paced and designed to allow you to push yourself really hard, or dial back as you need to. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
I was visiting from out of town and this was a very welcoming facility. Loved working out with Kyle he was one of the best coaches I’ve had!
The girls at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. It’s nice to know when you travel and utilize different studios that you feel a part of the 🍊family no matter where you are!

I like the guided workout. Takes the guess work out of the gym! This was my second workout and I really enjoy it!

Staff was very nice, helpful, and patient. The routine exercise , although difficult to do for a first timer, motivated me.
I love that I don't have to think about what to do at the gym. I just go in and the couch takes me through the workout. I always leave feeling accomplished after I leave the studio.
I like the variety in workouts, and that every workout can be as hard or as easy as you want to make it. It's up to the participant to set the pace, therefore if there are days that you feel great, you can really get your heart rate up there, but if there are days that you feel tired, you can take it easy, but still get a good workout. I like the trainers, and I especially enjoy Adrienne and her music. She is super motivating. But Mark and Samantha are also great.
