What do you like about our workout?

The best workout to date and I’ve tried them all. Gives you just enough weights and cardio to get the extra weight off. When you’re at that age where nothing seems to work....50’s this did!!!! It’s a must at least 2 times a week to see results.

I love how every day is a different workout so you don't get tired of the same boring routine. I also love how the coaches push you and encourage you to up your weights or run a little faster. Let's just say it is waaaay better of a full body workout than I would have accomplished on my own.

I love a HIIT type workout and this one is perfect. It is different every time and the rotations are super quick so I never get bored. And of course, the coaches are excellent.

Location 1 mile from my house. Complete and never the same workout. Love the coach concept. Easy in and out of gym. Organized and clean. Monitoring of key data. Group workout style. Packed 60 minutes. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.
