The coaches! They always are encouraging and energetic. Come help you if you are confused or lost about something. Also the variety of work outs is awesome and is really a whole body work out.
That I have a coach who cares about me and who leads us through the workout and that I don't have to think about the workout. They tell me what to do. All the workouts are different so it never gets boring. Their encouragement keeps me going.

Love the workouts and the energy - The coaches are good, some better than others but all are very motivating.
I do find it to be terribly expensive, especially in times like this. There are similar places in town that charge approximately $30.00 less per month. I have referred the OT to several friends and it is too expensive for them so I have stopped talking about my workouts and how good I feel when I am done.

What I love about the workouts at OTF Modesto is how the workouts can be modified to fit your current fitness capabilities. The coaches are so helpful and motivate you to do your best. If you are new, have taken a break, or you’re there everyday, the OTF fam is always there to encourage and support.
The workouts are well paced and help strengthen your entire body. I'm seeing amazing results, plus it's a fun atmosphere.
I love OTF; all of it, the classes, the coaches, and all the friends I have made. The workouts are very comprehensive and easy to follow, with the direction of the coaches. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and always willing to provide alternative exercises for those in need of options. This workout can be done by all ages and fitness levels.
