I am never bored of going to OTF because it is a different workout everyday and never fails to inspire me to challenge myself even more everyday!
I like the variety of Orangetheory workouts. I never get bored and it’s always challenging. The coaches are great too and the staff. It’s a really positive environment.
It’s a great hard workout, where you don’t have to think because it’s guided. I also like that the coaches give you constructive feedback about form and so forth. The coaches are also fun with approachable personalities that make you feel welcomed and apart fo a family.

It’s been almost two months since I joined OTF. I really enjoy the 3 stations! It allows me to not get bored with the class and I can go at my own pace. I love having the OTB heart rate monitor so I can see my progress throughout the class. It’s been a great experience and I feel amazing after each class.

I love how the coaches are there as a peer for you; encourage you to do what’s best for you and what’s right for you. They never act like they are better than you or make you feel bad for you current athletic ability!
I am in the worst shape of my life. I was apprehensive about going to OT, I thought I would die actually - of embarrassment AND for real!! Yet I kept hearing, "its about you with you"
The class was great, wonderful trainer, Anna. I felt very comfortable and most importantly I didn't die-until 2 days later.

The intensity, the friendly staff and instructors, and the cleanliness of the gym.
It pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself at the gym. No cell phone, no distraction. The coach introduced me to two people who were placed on either side of me and helped me to figure out where to go and when and what the heck was going on. I felt great when I left class.
I love the intensity and variability of the workouts! The coaches have great music and are very motivating. I enjoy the fact that the workout will always be different, but the core principles remain the same in terms of building strength, power, or endurance. The benchmark challenges are also really fun, especially if you can set a new PR. My orange theory workouts are always the highlight of my day.
You get to work out with a group but it’s not a completion. The other members and staff are personally invested in you and your success. SUPER CLEAN FACILITY.
I like the flow from one session to the next and the individual attention when needed.

Not having to constantly do the same thing, I also like that I am able to see my stats throughout the workout. The coaches also push you in a good way so that you continue to push yourself

I like that you get a full workout in an hour. I also like having someone coach and show you what to do.
It’s different each class
I like that it is intervals of various exercise and that I get that done in one hour. This works for my schedule and being a parent.
