I loved being back at OTF Slo! I loved how welcoming the front desk and coach were - and that the workout was explained in a great way to follow (after I took some time off of working out).
This place is seriously life changing... both physically and mentally.

The coaches at Orange Theory are incredibly encouraging and motivating. Their consistent presence and friendly demeanor make every visit enjoyable. I leave each class feeling stronger and more accomplished, grateful for the decision to attend. Unlike traditional gyms, Orange Theory fosters a supportive community where everyone is on their own fitness journey, with coaches readily available to guide and support us every step of the way.
Workouts are one hour. I do not get bored with the workouts. I don’t have to think about my workouts. I show up and get it done.

Coaches are great. Not competitive. Can go at my own pace. A great workout that is very addictive.

I love the team mentality of OTF, the coaches and members are all so supportive and create an atmosphere of fun and togetherness.
I don't have to plan a work out, it's determined for you. The workouts are tough but you can go at your own pace, the coaches encouragement is always good. Wish they offer a stretch/yoga class though.
I love that it is planned and there is a coach there to assist. I love that the class size is small so you get to know your coach, and the others in your class and we all end up motivating each other. I love the signature challenges that happen throughout the year. As a prior athlete I love the competition, mostly for myself to see how I have gotten stronger, or faster etc but also with the rest of the class.
I love the design to the workouts and the very calculated variations without exactly repeating the same thing but basically doing it. Very thoughtful. Love how hard my heart works during the workouts!
I push myself much more in the class setting than I would ever do alone at home. The coaches are encouraging and supportive, the music is fun, the workouts are efficient and I am hooked.

Great energy from the coaches and I like the feedback I get on how to improve my form while on the floor!
I like that Orangetheory workouts incorporate multiple muscle groups with different exercise equipment in every session.

The most fun I’ve had working out! The time fly's by and before you know it, you’re all done and feeling accomplished with a boost in your mental health!!
How structured it is and the music, our coaches rock too!
I like that I don't have to think about a workout, I am told what to do and I can take it at my own intensity. I push myself much more during class, especially on the treadmill, compared to running alone outside. I also push myself if someone is crushing it near me or next to me. It is so motivating!

Love how it is divided between cardio and weights, and love the personal trainers who lead the class, very helpful and motivating! I also like that you can just do a cardio workout class or a weight workout class. Plenty of days and times to chose from.
I like that the workout is different every time I go, and I am constantly challenged to be the best me that I can be.
