I like the different stations
The moment I got there they made me feel welcomed. I loved how they explained everything and gave me an explanation of everything. The trainer helped me through the whole workout and made me feel comfortable. Loved it!!!
The high intense push and all out intervals.
I like the motivation to push your self during cardio portion. It’s so easy to ease up if you are working out by yourself. When everyone is doing all outs and the coach tells you to dig deeper I get a better workout!
