Challenging and fun !
The coaches pay attention to everyone and look for cues if anyone is struggling. They suggest corrections if the form is wrong or an alternative for any conditions. Their energy level keeps us motivated and push us to get the maximum or of every session

It was challenging but not too hard. I liked being able to monitor my output and push harder or pull back as necessary. The coach was great.

Everything! A part of me hates it cause it’s hard to pull through the 60mins workouts and everyday is a new day but it’s all worth it at the end. Also it’s all about the coaches who pushes at times and supports you when you are down. So awesome Rocklin team. I absolutely love you guys. Thank you OTF too.
The rotating stations and motivating coaching
I’m very new and it is really great to have someone directing the workout as opposed to trying to do it on my own.

The personal attention, I was greeted at the door by three darling girls who had a great personality and put my nerves to ease. The manager Caytie Galgani said she would do the class right alongside with me. I’ve never experienced such personal service and I appreciated her willingness to walk me through the class. The coach, Sam, was very inspiring and uplifting, he was encouraging and he showed correct ways to do the exercise, I was very thankful for all the support and then at the end we all took a picture together and I felt like a complete rockstar! Rocklin Orange theory was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a workout facility! I look forward to returning on Friday, thank you for making it a fun, non-threatening, encouraging environment!

i realyy like the energy and the music
I like the visual of the heart rate (I like to compete against myself), and I like that it’s different every day! I get my cardio in and don’t ever get bored on the treadmill. I wish the EG location offered more 3G classes. I have to leave early for work (~15mins early) and liked the flexibility of finishing two stations before leaving rather than just being able to do 1 full station and a partial station like in 2G. Now I feel that I have to choose between a total cardio day or a weights day instead of getting both every day!
Every workout is different and time flys by so fast
What I love about OTF is that we are all in it together but still working at our own pace. It’s a place to be in competition but with ourselves, not with others.
Love the intensity, and that it can be modified if needed.
