OTF workouts are energizing, upbeat and the coaches keep me motivated. Everyone needs a shout out every now and then, it feels rewarding when you hear your name telling me to "push harder" or "you got this"! The workouts are a different experience every time, I love the mix of training OTF has to offer!

Orange Theory is addicting! When I first started, I was worried that I would need to have a base of being in shape before I’d feel successful. I was wrong! My very first class I was able to keep up and earned 39 splat point! That made me feel so validated and I wanted more! I’ve referred so many people who feel that same way!
All the stations that give you a full body workout.
It has been a great addition to my fitness regimen. I definitely needed to incorporate more cardio, and the gamification with splat points and zones as well as the floor segment makes it way more enjoyable then just being on a treadmill for an hour.
Everything. But fix the screens for the treadmills.

Love the lift classes! UPbeat music and structure.

The coaches are very helpful and you don’t have to wait to use gym equipment like big gyms. I like that this is a small studio that feels better.

I like that it's always a little different. I like the loud upbeat music. I like the variation from the free weights, body weight, rower, and treadmill combos. I also like seeing my heart rate. :)
OTF uses a thoughtful and balanced approach at Fitness. Love the way they change up the water tower and treadmill to make it interesting and fun to run and row!!!
The time flies by! I push myself so much harder there than any other workouts I have done! I love OTF!
It changes daily and all the coaches are great at helping you out when needed!
I like that it’s very adaptable to everyone’s level of fitness and that there is a coach there if you have questions or need encouragement or a modification on a specific exercise.

I've only done two workouts at OTF, but I have found them to be equally fun and challenging. The coaches I've worked with, Sarah and Jacy, are AMAZING and have been very helpful as I've never really done any weight lifting before. My experience has been so positive that I am looking forward to every upcoming workout, as well as the challenges. I am LOVING OTF and finding it is the best value workout I've ever tried. I could not be happier.
It's hard! I feel like I am getting stronger and more in shape. I enjoy myself while I am suffering through the workouts, and the hour goes by so quickly.
