I love Orange Theory! I love how you get everything you need (Cardio, Strength, Endurance) all in a one-hour class. It is incredibly convenient. I can visit other studios when I'm travelling. And I like that every studio does the exact same workout each day because then I can talk to my mom about it after I do it in CA and she does it in WI.
The first workout I've done consistently and continue to look forward to!

Instructors are all great and helpful. The staff is always so nice and so quick to get back to you if you need anything at all. They all make it a great experience.
I enjoy the variety of HIIT circuit training throughout the month coupled with great coaching and support.
Music, coaching, treadmill interval type work was nice and kept things interesting. It was also nice to have access to weights and learn more exercises. Definitely saw improvements

The coaches are fantastic and really push and encourage you to be your best and give your best effort. I couldn’t have lost 30 lbs without OTF and the amazing coaching support. I have a way to go but I’m so proud of myself and am grateful for the support of the staff from front desk (Steven!) to the coaches (Melissa, Isaac, Kennedy, Caroline).
I like that the workout changes daily, but still keeps the constant of the 3 stations. I love the encouragement and sense of community. And I really appreciate that there’s no pressure to go all out (excuse the pun) if we’re not feeling up to it. Go at your own pace and just walking thru the door is a victory

I love the variety of each workout!! Having a coach is so motivating. I always feel so happy and healthy after completing each workout. They are challenging but you can do modifications if you have injuries or trouble spots. The coaches are always there to help!!

I just turned 60 and can hold my own with people 20+ years younger. That is kind of amazing. Important for me is that after 5 years with DTLA OTF, I have avoided injuries. The workouts are challenging and I can burn myself out or take it easier as needed. And when I travel, I often find a club where I can workout while away. OTF is great! (Oh, and the staff is friendly and encouraging.)
