The instructor is energetic, the workout pushes you to try to achieve that coveted "orange zone" and the facility is clean. The workout together as a group helps to push me as well.

definitely the mental stimulation, there's so much going on that requires focus that I have no time to think about the fact I'm working out! Time flies easily.
I like how they push me to accomplish more than I would working out at a gym on my own. I also really like how class is spent doing a combination of different exercises that target different muscle groups and routines that help with either strength or endurance.
Love the instructors and how the help you modify if needed, so that anyone can enjoy the class. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very clean and they take all precautions to keep you safe. Highly recommended.
