I like that the workouts change up pretty much every day, so your body and your mind don’t get bored and use to a certain thing. I definitely like the challenge.
That it’s a full body work out and changes up constantly to keep it interesting. I love the fresh play lists from most instructors and the energy from most instructors.
I love the group setting and the motivation provided by most of the coaches. I wish Benzo & Isaac had more classes. Also, front desk needs some better training. Whenever I have questions, no one ever knows the answer. Paying so much per month, I’d expect a little more. Also, I hate saying negative things about coaches but I try to avoid Kennedy. The last class I took with her, she didn’t move from the desk by the floor and was on her phone a bunch. She doesn’t provide modifications or motivation. When she does talk to members, it’s a social thing not a fitness thing.
I love the community aspect. The coaches are friendly and are comfortable pushing me especially when they know I’m slacking.
Love the direction from coaches, the focus on the body as a whole, the upbeat attitude and the feeling of community from my fellow OTF crew! It is such a great feeling to walk in everyday with a hello from staff and coaches, a smile and thumbs up from a friend after hitting the 2 mile mark on the treads or picking up heavier weights than yesterday!
I like that it is holistic, focusing on strength and cardio. The instructors are very helpful, but not overwhelming, and they do a great job of motivating you while also encouraging you to do what is best for your body/not pressuring you to push yourself too hard. The energy is fun!
I like how the coaches aren't too pushy, and it's more of a competition with yourself. Love the music and varied workouts. I feel like I get the cardio/strength training that I don't get from my lower impact workout routines ie. yoga.
The wrist straps are a bit expensive though. Wish they were included as part of a sign-up package.
The workout is challenging, but makes me feel good. What I love most about Orange Theory is that it is inclusive: young or old, skinny, overweight, irrespective of background, identity and gender everybody is working hard and working out together. I never feel that anyone is judging anyone else. The coaches are supportive and if the exercises are too hard, there are always alternatives. Just a great atmosphere to be in. I also like that there are no machines, but that we do mostly effective bodyweight exercises that you can continue to do at home.
Love that is changes everyday. Love the benchmarks to track progress and that the app keeps track of everything for you. Wish the head coach was at the studio for at least one mid-morning class a week.

We work everything out
I like that it’s one hour, someone is coaching me through it, and I get to push myself
I like that it is hard enough for me to work but is always manageable/ always seems to go by quicker than I thoughts. I think the coaches do a great job of giving clear instructions and of giving nice indicators, like 30 seconds remaining, 15 seconds remaining, and that keeps me going. The people at the front are always so friendly too.
Well structured, just the right amount of predictability and just the right amount of variability.
